Joy Adams, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Ilmor Engineering, Inc. since November 2024, Joy previously held leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of People Operations at New Eagle from August 2022 to October 2024. Joy's experience with Ilmor Engineering spans from March 2019 to August 2022, including positions as Director and Sr. Manager of Human Resources. Earlier roles include Program Manager and SA Program Manager at the University of Michigan from July 2013 to February 2019, Leadership Development Program Manager at Navistar Inc. from January 2011 to July 2013, and Training & Development Trainer at Bridgestone from 2007 to 2011. Initial experience in recruitment was gained at Target from 2005 to 2007. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Public & Corporate Communications from Valparaiso University.
