Kelsey White

Kelsey White is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong focus on data protection, privacy, and commercial law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Imagination since July 2023, Kelsey previously held the same title at Quintessential Brands Group from March 2021 to June 2023 and at Zynga from September 2020 to March 2021, providing commercial legal advice on creative content agreements within the gaming industry. Earlier roles include Legal Counsel positions at Sky and Awaze, and a Legal Associate role at Bristows Law Firm, where Kelsey specialized in GDPR compliance. Kelsey's legal career began as a Candidate Attorney at DSC Attorneys, with subsequent roles as a Commercial Lawyer and Legal Assistant in other law firms. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University and completion of the School for Legal Practice at the University of Cape Town.
