Elke Zastrau

Elke Zastrau is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IMC Learning since April 2010. Zastrau has also taught Human Resources at IAE Metz School of Management from September 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an HR and Sales Consultant at von Rundstedt HR Partners, Human Resources Manager at Alcatel SEL AG, and International Mobility/Compensation & Benefits Manager at Alstom Group. Zastrau holds a Staatsexamen in French & German Linguistics and Literature from Heidelberg University and completed a coaching program at Co-Active in 2007.
