Joe Shinn

Joe Shinn, CHST, currently serves as the Corporate Health & Safety Director at IMC Construction, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held various safety management positions at Penntex Construction Company, Inc. as Safety Director, INTECH Construction as Safety Manager, Berlin Steel Mid-Atlantic as Safety Director, and AmQuip Crane as Northeast Regional Safety Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing regional safety program management during the Maxim Crane Works acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Safety Manager for SXL Mariner East at Chelten House Products, Inc. Joe Shinn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
