Chai Lewgasamsarn

Chai Lewgasamsarn is a quantitative trader intern at IMC Trading, having started in June 2023. Prior experience includes a data scientist internship at SCB – Siam Commercial Bank, where Chai worked on credit risk scoring, specifically on the "B-Score Enhancement via MDPs" project. Additionally, Chai served as a machine learning engineer intern at OxygenAI, focusing on improving a person tracking model, and authored algorithm problems for the ICPC. A research assistant intern at Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology contributed to bioinformatics and drug discovery projects. Chai is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, having previously graduated from Suffield Academy and Kamnoetvidya Science Academy.
