Rami Musallam

Rami Musallam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational efficiency and operations management. Currently serving as a Principal at Immersion Consulting since August 2021, Musallam previously held the position of Organizational Efficiency Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton from February 2015 to June 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Vision4ce LLC and Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Musallam began a military career as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the US Navy, serving from November 2000 to January 2006, which included a position at the United States Naval Academy. Musallam holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
