Jacqueline Hess

Jacqueline Hess serves as the Chair of the Boardroom in Switzerland, focusing on educating female leaders for board service, and is also a founding member since 2021. Currently, Hess holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Companion Spine, on the Advisory Board of Immunophotonics, Inc., and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers AG. Formerly, Hess was the Chief Executive Officer at Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG, where significant growth and expansion were achieved. Previously, Hess worked at Deloitte as a Partner, contributing extensively to the Swiss Executive and managing various divisions. Early career experience includes a directorial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in International Tax Services.
