Andy Olsen

Andy Olsen, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of People at Immuta since August 2018, focusing on aspects such as sensitive data discovery, security, and access control within the Data Security Platform. Prior to Immuta, Andy worked at Accenture in North America Talent Acquisition from July 2015 to August 2018. In the role at PNC Financial Services Group from May 2012 to July 2015, Andy specialized in sourcing executive-level talent across the enterprise. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Recruitment at BeecherHill with a focus on financial services and healthcare, and as a Counselor and Mental Health Professional in various community mental health roles. Andy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Regent University, a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Cedarville University, and completion of the Accenture Global HR Academy Program at Cornell University.
