Ben Yedwabnik

Ben Yedwabnik, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Managing Consultant for Workday at Impact Advisors, having previously held the position of Workday Senior Consultant at CrossVue. With extensive experience in configuring Workday functionality, leading projects in Financials, HCM, and Reporting, Ben also acts as a People Analytics Product Lead and excels in developing dynamic reporting solutions for clients. Prior roles at Kainos and TD involved significant contributions to HCM deployments, training sessions, and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes within Workday. Ben holds an MBA from The University of Kansas and a B.S. in Economics, along with a minor in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
