Katie Devlin, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Climate Justice Initiatives at IMPACT Community Action, where responsibilities include managing multi-phase workforce development training programs aimed at assisting individuals facing barriers to self-sufficiency in achieving successful careers within skilled trades, medical, and clean energy sectors. Previous roles at IMPACT include Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, focusing on program policy development and implementation. Prior to their tenure at IMPACT, Katie coordinated homeowner services at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton and worked as a Treatment Counselor and Life Skills Coach at Shiloh House, Inc. Additionally, Katie served as an Assistant Team Leader and Project Outreach Liaison for AmeriCorps NCCC, addressing community needs across the Southwestern United States. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University, expected in December 2023, and a bachelor's degree also from Ohio University.
