Erica Madison

Erica Madison is Director, Commercial Lending at Impact Development Fund. Prior to their current position, Erica was an Investigative Reporter at Action Alameda News where they wrote hard news articles and doubled readership. Erica has also been a Freelance Web Designer and a Marketing/ Graphic Designer at Will Records. Some of their previous duties include developing the company’s website, designing marketing materials and company stationary, writing letters and business proposals, and handling IT troubleshooting and maintenance.

Erica Madison has a M.A. in Communication from California State University - East Bay and a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising/Journalism from the same school.

They are on a team with Coren Hanscome - Retail Lending Manager, Gina Winterhalder - Loan Servicing Manager, and Connie Ealey - Underwriting & Compliance Manager. Their manager is Sean Doherty, Executive Director.
