Evan Yates

Evan Yates is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as Senior Director at Impact Development Management, LLC since September 2020. Previously, Evan held key positions including Director and Construction Manager at Passion City Church, overseeing significant building and renovation projects, including a large-scale Atlanta location. Prior experience includes Vice President of Project Management at Derr & Isbell Construction LLC, managing project quality and implementation of new software systems, as well as involvement in high-profile projects such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium and various data centers during tenure at Holder Construction Company. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
