Emma Birch is a Sustainability and Impact Consultant at Impact Pathways since September 2024, contributing to the transition towards a regenerative future through impactful consulting. Previously, Emma served as a Project Manager at Malk Partners, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management services for private market investors. Emma's early career included roles as an Energy and Sustainability Project Assistant with the City of Ithaca, and various undergraduate research positions at Cornell University and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, where projects spanned conservation bioacoustics and field studies in the Neotropics and Patagonia. Emma also represented Armenia as a United Nations Student Delegate at COP24, co-authoring submissions on climate change adaptation strategies. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University and has also studied at the University of Sydney.
