Clayton Callander

Clayton Callander is the current Senior Vice President of Operations at Impact Service Group. Clayton previously held various strategic and managerial positions at Flexcar, Avis Budget Group, SpaceX, and the US Navy. Clayton's accomplishments include modernizing training programs, managing submarine inactivation projects, and overseeing critical repairs on naval vessels. Clayton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and a Masters Degree Equivalent in Nuclear Engineering from the US Navy Nuclear Power Engineering School.
