Rikke Frelle

Rikke Frelle is an accomplished professional currently serving as a jury member for the Danish Digital Award since November 2023 and as Managing Director at Impact since September 2022. With a robust background in management and creative leadership, Rikke held various roles, including Managing Director and Partner, Deputy Managing Director, Creative Director, and Senior UX Designer at Adapt from February 2015 to June 2022. Rikke also contributed as an Advisory Board member at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole from June 2020 to May 2022 and was a jury member for E-handelseprisen at FDIH from January 2020 to June 2021. Previous experience includes positions as a User Experience Analyst at Valtech Danmark and a User Experience Engineer at NNIT. Educational qualifications include a Leadership Acceleration Programme in Strategy & Leadership from IMD in 2017, an M. scient in Informatik and a Ba in Informatik from Aalborg University, and completion of a Matematisk student degree at Kolding Amtsgymnasium.
