Kedar Karkare

Kedar Karkare is the co-founder of ImpactKarma, a startup that helps people connect with opportunities to make an impact. Kedar is also an experienced business strategist, data scientist, and entrepreneur.

Kedar has over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting and business development. Kedar has worked with startups and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, artificial intelligence, and consumer behavior. In their most recent role as Director of Business Development at Mercury Data Science, they helped clients develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems.

Prior to Mercury Data Science, Kedar was an Entrepreneur in Residence and Executive Advisor at Enventure, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage healthcare companies. In this role, they created deal flow, executed due diligence, and recommended investments for healthcare startups. Kedar also managed a portfolio of 20 existing startups, providing strategic advice and fundraising assistance.

Kedar holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Kedar Karkare earned a PhD in Biology from the University of Houston. Kedar also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
