Deeph Chana

Deeph Chana PhD serves as the inaugural Managing Director of NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) since May 2023, leading a strategic initiative focused on advancing science and technology for global security. Concurrently, Deeph Chana has held various significant roles at Imperial College London, including Director and Deputy Director of the Institute for Security Science and Technology, alongside positions as Co-Director at the Centre for Financial Technology and Professor of Practice at Imperial College Business School. Additional contributions include board membership at the UK Project on Nuclear Issues, directorship at ThetaDot Ltd specializing in STEM-B consultancy, and advisory roles at Synbiosys, Reliance Industries Limited, and CrowdVision. Previous leadership as Chair of NATO's Emerging and Disruptive Technology Advisory Group further underscores expertise in shaping security-related technological advancements. Deeph Chana holds a PhD and an MSci in Physics from King's College London.
