Neil Hanham

Neil Hanham serves as the Head of Digital Workplace at Imperial College London since August 2017, leading a team of 21 IT specialists and overseeing a comprehensive range of end user services. Neil's role supports nearly 30,000 users through effective management of 20,000 endpoints, focusing on the College's mission to excel in research and teaching. Additionally, Neil leads efforts towards achieving carbon neutrality in ICT operations and has contributed to significant advancements in end user computing infrastructure. Previous experience includes various technical and educational roles at Solent University, where Neil implemented transformative changes in IT provision and supported students' learning as an Associate Lecturer. Educationally, Neil holds a Master's degree in Business IT and has undertaken executive education in leadership from Imperial College Business School.
