Sylvana Caloni

Sylvana Caloni is a seasoned expert in people management and executive coaching, currently serving as an Expert-in-Residence at Imperial Enterprise Lab since July 2021. As the Founder and Managing Director of SC Executive Coaching since January 2004, Sylvana specializes in coaching managers and executives aiming for leadership roles, focusing on strategic thinking and team inspiration. Sylvana is also a co-author of "Humble Crumbles," which examines entrepreneurial challenges and self-awareness, and has contributed an article titled "My win, your loss or the Zero Sum Game" to the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations in 2009. Prior roles include significant coaching positions at Goodstone Group LLC and TXG Ltd, and leadership roles in the financial sector, including EVP positions at BT Funds Management and Bankers Trust Australia. Sylvana's extensive education includes multiple coaching certifications and degrees in Economics from the University of Sydney.
