Pierre Lebel

Mr. Lebel is Chairman of Imperial Metals. He also serves as a director of HomEquity Bank, West Kirkland Mining Inc., Business Council of British Columbia and Lions Gate Hospital Foundation, and he is a former director of Maple Gold Mines Ltd., the Mining Association of BC and the Mining Association of Canada.
