David Barnekow Erichsen

David Barnekow Erichsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event management, consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of IM Experiences at Implement Consulting Group, David is responsible for ensuring that employee and customer experiences reflect the IM brand and culture. As the owner of Rider, David produces events and festivals, including the Implement Thought Leaders 2021 event that attracted over 6,500 participants. David co-founded the Høst Møn Festival in 2018 and operates Helt i Skoven I/S, providing accommodations in Zealand and Lolland. Previous roles include Chef for Kommerciel Udvikling og Drift at DR Koncerthuset, where David led marketing and operations, and Partner at Implement Consulting Group, focusing on strategic innovation. David's earlier experience includes positions at DI - Dansk Industri, Danish Institute for International Studies, and UNDP Nordic Office.
