Mads Bang-Nielsen

Mads Bang-Nielsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture, technology, digitalisation, and large-scale IT projects. Currently a Partner at Implement Consulting Group since January 2021, Mads Bang-Nielsen co-leads initiatives in business and enterprise architecture, digital and IT strategy, change management, and legacy modernization. Previously, Mads held senior roles at PA Consulting, including Principal Consultant and Management Consultant, focusing on IT transformation and stakeholder management. Mads has also contributed to the Danish Ministry of Taxation as a Special Advisor and served in various capacities within SKAT, emphasizing project management and organisational development. Mads Bang-Nielsen's educational background includes a Cand.scient.soc degree in EU-studies and International Development from Roskilde University, along with advanced training in Politics and Governance.
