Anamika Sethi is a Co-Founder at Improvado. Anamika was previously a Cofounder, Sales Management at RTB-Media from March 2015 to December 2016. RTB-Media is a game-changing Cross-Channel Ad Reporting and Campaign Optimization platform, powering ad campaigns for both Ad agencies and direct clients. RTB-Media’s platform reports and optimizes millions in Ad spend across display, search and social ad platforms including Google, DoubleClick, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Yahoo!, MediaMath, Bing, YouTube and many more. In January of 2017, we pivoted our business and rebranded as Improvado.
Prior to RTB-Media, Anamika was with The Alexander Group from August 2010 to December 2014 as a Sales Strategy Management Consultant. Anamika helped Consulting Sales Leaders at Fortune 500 companies improve alignment to sales strategy, drive sales ROI through design of sales structure, and help measure performance for continued improvement. Engagements include go-to-market optimization, sales coverage and org. structure design, and sales compensation design.
Her first foray into the working world was as a Sales Operations Intern at SumTotal Systems from November 2009 to August 2010.
Anamika Sethi has a BA in Economics with a minor in Business Management from the University of California, Merced.
