Randall Dunigan

Randall Dunigan is an experienced Agile Coach and consultant with a robust background in transforming organizations through Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Principal Agile Coach at Improving since September 2022, Randall specializes in creating tailored solutions for clients to enhance their product value within Agile frameworks. Previous roles include Enterprise Transformation Consultant at LeadingAgile, Agile Coach at Wolters Kluwer, and Scrum Master positions at Allstate and Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting. Randall has significantly restructured and established Agile practices, coached various teams, and contributed to successful project execution across multiple organizations. Additionally, a strong technical foundation is supported by experience as a Software Development Consultant and roles in telecommunications and security within the United States Air Force. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
