Tonya Guadiz

Tonya Guadiz is an accomplished professional with a strong background in quality assurance and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Consulting and Principal Consultant at Improving since June 2010, Tonya has developed extensive expertise in leadership and strategy. Previously held the position of Vice President of Quality Assurance at Bank of America from January 2009 to June 2010, and held multiple roles at Countrywide Financials from March 2002 to January 2009, including FVP and VP of Quality Assurance, as well as Sr. QA Manager. Tonya began a career at Accenture, where the role of Manager was held from May 1996 to February 2002. Tonya Guadiz earned a degree from Ripon College between 1992 and 1996.
