Paul Dodaro

Paul Dodaro is an experienced Maintenance Manager with a robust background in engineering and maintenance operations. Currently serving at IMTT since December 2017, Paul has previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at ARYZTA from March 2015 to November 2017, where significant achievements included realigning departmental budgets and enhancing key performance indicators. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor at W.R. Grace, where project management and team supervision were key responsibilities. Paul began their career as a Maintenance Technician at Motorola and later served as CMMS Supervisor at Cherry Electrical, specializing in preventative maintenance coordination. Educationally, Paul holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University.
