Tony Garofalo

Tony Garofalo serves as the GM - Chief Operating Officer at pladis Global since September 2014, overseeing a turnover of €68 million and managing 420 employees, with a focus on enhancing growth and profitability in the biscuits baking industry through a comprehensive supply chain strategy. Prior to this role, Tony was the Industrial Director at Altia Group (2012-2014), managing all industrial activities for the cold forging and turning division. Earlier experience includes site and hub management at Agrati Group and production management roles at Faurecia and Delphi, where Tony honed skills in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Educational qualifications encompass an Executive MBA from NEOMA Business School, a Supply Chain certificate from Audencia, and Master’s degrees from both University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and SKEMA Business School.
