Jillian Brooks

Jillian Brooks is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resources teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in HR at In-N-Out Burger since October 2016, Jillian manages a team of Regional HR Managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists to enhance the People strategy and align it with organizational goals. Previously, Jillian held positions as Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at In-N-Out Burger, and served in various HR roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resource Manager at Penske Motor Group and The Home Depot. Jillian holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton.
