We are dedicated to delivering low energy design from conceptual stage, handover and beyond. Integral in our approach is a combination of specialist expertise in innovative passive design, sustainability and building simulation techniques.

This role will focus on a variety of design formats from printed materials for events and conferences to sales collateral such as sell-in presentations and capability statements, but it also offers opportunities to contribute to digital formats for social media, newsletters and web design. As the only in-house Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing team to bring our brand to life.

This Graphic Designer role will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of IN2 as we enter a new year, primarily through brand design across our various offices in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Experience:

  • This role requires an independent and organised designer with a keen awareness of design trends, print specifications, and brand storytelling.
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a design agency or in-house brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills, especially in printed materials and digital formats.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A knowledge of After Effects would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of the printing process, colour profiles (Pantone, CMYK, RGB), and print specifications.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with a continuous stream of creative ideas and a commitment to delivering exceptional design work.
  • Have a genuine interest in brand storytelling, and a desire to work in an innovative business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and interpret design briefs from the Marketing team for new design requirements.

  • Develop and design visually appealing and functional brand collateral that aligns with adheres to our values, resonates with our target audience, and maintains consistency across markets.

  • Participate in creative brainstorms, contributing fresh ideas and concepts to enhance the brand’s visual impact.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines.

  • Stay up-to-date with design, and point-of-sale trends, bringing insights and innovation to each project.

  • Oversee multiple projects from concept through to completion.

  • Work with our various offices and suppliers to ensure all artwork is accurately produced.
