Anna Arruda Santos Anjos

Anna Arruda Santos Anjos has extensive experience in product management and customer support, currently serving as a Product Owner at Inbank AS since January 2015. Previously, Anna held the position of Supportability Program Manager at Skype, Microsoft from August 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included product analysis, strategic negotiations, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance user experience in billing, commerce, and marketing projects. Earlier career experience also includes working as a Customer Service Agent, focusing on user journey mapping and process optimization. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Romanistics from the University of Tartu, completed in 2010.
