Ron Redmond

Dr. Ron Redmond is globally recognized expert in orthodontic practice performance and has been at the nexus of each wave of technology that has hit orthodontics over the last 40 years. As a Board Member of Swift Health Systems, Dr. Redmond helps the executive team navigate the barriers to new technology adoption with a data centric approach toward improving practice performance. Within the close knit orthodontic community, Dr. Redmond’s name is synonymous with innovation.

Dr. Redmond has served in many leadership capacities, most notably as CEO of the Schulman Study Group, an internationally recognized organization of practice performance experts, from 2003 to 2017. The Schulman Study Group’s invitation only membership are exclusively in the top 1% highest grossing private practices across the country. He speaks regularly at the annual meetings of national and regional orthodontic associations.

Dr. Redmond also served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, and previously owned practices in multiple locations in Orange County, California and Seattle, Washington. Dr. Redmond is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at the Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco and sat on the Board of Regents of the University of the Pacific for 11 years.
