Rafael Reis

Rafael Reis, M.Sc., currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at inChurch, where responsibilities include structuring the technology area for company expansion and implementing agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Software Engineer at inChurch, Full Stack Engineer at Pin People, Software Engineer at CERN, and an intern at TV Globo. Rafael has a diverse educational background with a Master's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and completed an Innovation Leadership Bootcamp at MIT. Various technical proficiencies include programming in Python, Django, AngularJS, C++, and Matlab, contributing to software and machine learning model development in different settings.
