James Davidson

James Davidson is an experienced attorney and legal professional, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Included Health and Doctor On Demand since early 2021. Prior to these roles, James was General Counsel for VitalAxis Inc. and P4 Diagnostix Laboratory Network, providing legal oversight to healthcare software solutions and pathology laboratories, respectively. James's earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at U.S. Foodservice, where advice was provided to senior management of a large company, as well as legal roles at Alston & Bird LLP and DLA Piper. James holds an A.B. in History from Princeton University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
