Sarah Rhomberg

Sarah Rhomberg, LCSW, is a seasoned behavioral health clinician currently providing remote counseling services at Included Health since September 2023. Previously, Sarah served as an outpatient clinician at Bridge Health CSB from September 2020 to December 2023, facilitating substance abuse treatment groups and managing a caseload of approximately 75 clients. Other notable roles include lead therapist at Harmony Recovery Group, utilization management clinician and clinical coordinator at New Vista KY, and various positions in therapeutic and support roles at organizations such as the Center for Contextual Change and Rogers Memorial Hospital. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare & Justice and Philosophy from Marquette University.
