Stojan Stanković

Stojan Stanković is a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team building across various industries, including Robotics, Agriculture, AdTech, Automotive, and FinTech. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Incode since December 2024, Stojan previously excelled as a Technical Recruiter at InterVenture from February 2022 to December 2024, contributing to significant company growth and a strong engineering headcount. Stojan also served as Coordinator of Volunteers at the Psychological Counselling Centre for Students from April 2017 to October 2018.
