Dayana Caroline Costa

Dayana Caroline Costa is an experienced professional in the fields of privacy, data protection, and digital law. Currently serving as DPO and Privacy Manager at Incognia since January 2022, Dayana also holds the position of Vice-President of the Digital Law Commission at OAB SP and is a member of the Data Protection Coordination at OAB Sé since November 2017. Previous roles include Compliance Manager and Senior Lawyer for Digital Law and Data Protection at Deloitte, and multiple legal positions at TIM. Dayana has also contributed to academic institutions as a guest professor in digital law and data protection.
