Sean Conyette

Sean Conyette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center operations, sales, and customer support. Since May 2012, Sean has served as Vice President of Contact Center Operations at IncStores.com, achieving over 62% growth and generating more than $50 million in revenue by fostering a solutions-based management culture and implementing advanced technologies. As Managing Director of Conyette Consulting Group LLC since July 2003, Sean specializes in cultural restructuring, leadership development, and marketing strategies. Previous roles include Director-level positions in corporate strategy and sales management at Security Weaver and Countrywide Insurance Services, as well as a progressive career at Unitrin Direct Insurance Company. Sean holds a BSBM from the University of Phoenix and various certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt and CIAC Strategic Leadership Certification.
