Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Indeed.com since February 2022, Cousineau has previously held senior leadership positions at Chegg Inc. and Ahalogy, where responsibilities included delivering data-driven solutions and leading talented engineering teams. Additional roles include technical advisor at Preact and various executive positions at Rhythm NewMedia, IGN, PurePlay.com, and Consorte Media, demonstrating a strong track record in technology strategy and product innovation. Cousineau started their career as a Principal Architect at Rational Software, having earned a degree in Mathematics and Computing from the University of Wales.
