Kristie Harmon

Kristie Harmon, LCSW, currently serves in two roles: as a Behavioral Health Utilization Management professional at Independence Blue Cross and as a Virtual Therapist at Grow Therapy, both since January 2023. Previously, Kristie worked at Highmark Health as a Behavioral Health UM from April 2020 to January 2023 and as a part-time therapist at Diane Bauer and Associates from July 2018 to November 2022. Kristie's extensive experience also includes roles as a Medical Case Manager for Pediatrics at Gateway Health and as a Drug and Alcohol Evaluation Therapist at Gateway Rehab. Initial career experience includes serving as a Behavior Specialist and Mobile Therapist at Family Behavioral Resources. Kristie obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from PennWest California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a Forensic Science Track from the same institution.
