Wendy Chang McEvoy

Wendy Chang McEvoy is a board member at the Independent Beauty Association. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, specializing in product development and manufacturing.

Wendy began their career at Dermaceutical Laboratories (DLAB), where they spent 12 years developing innovative emulsions and powder technologies for the premium cosmeceutical market. Wendy then transitioned to Interfashion Cosmetics, where they spent over 21 years as Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the production of custom cosmetics for niche color and skincare brands.

Throughout their career, Wendy has been committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Wendy is a highly skilled chemist and has a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, which has allowed their to produce innovative and high-quality products for their clients. Wendy’s experience and expertise make their an invaluable asset to the Independent Beauty Association.

Wendy Chang McEvoy has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Int'l Marketing and a degree from Leonia High School.
