Frank Hoogers

Frank Hoogers is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Co-Owner and Director of Operations at Independent Energy BV since April 2016, where expertise includes EPC projects for both on-grid and off-grid systems incorporating hybrid solutions. Frank has a diverse background, having owned Deup since 2002 and previously held the position of Managing Director at WES Wind Energy Solutions, focusing on the manufacturing of medium-sized wind turbines. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Teamwork Technology, Project Manager at Hoogovens Technical Services, and Director of Support Services for Stichting Wereld Jamboree. Frank started a career in sales and marketing at Hoogovens IJmuiden and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
