Kristin van Dewater

Kristin Van Dewater is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and member education. Currently serving as the CX Program Manager for Member Education at Independent Health, Kristin has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals since June 2010. Additionally, Kristin contributes to Ken-Ton Meals on Wheels as a Senior Account Coordinator in Marketing and serves on the Board, focusing on community engagement through volunteerism. Prior experience includes a Marketing Communication Specialist role at Delaware North Companies, where Kristin supported various business lines and managed marketing communications for VIP clients. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Communication and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Canisius University, complemented by an internship in Australia that enriched knowledge of the tourism industry.
