Jay Rosen

Jay Rosen is the founder and president of Health Management Associates, one of the nation’s leading health policy and health economics consulting companies, with a special focus on issues related to Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, and other major publicly-financed programs. Prior to founding HMA, Rosen served as the director of Planning and Policy Development in the Michigan Office of Health and Medical Affairs.
