Arkadii Lebedinskii

Arkadii Lebedinskii, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Independent Project Analysis since May 2014, Arkadii has previously held positions as a Graduate Student at George Mason University, where Arkadii earned a Master of Engineering in GeoConStruct. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Grafit, where responsibilities encompassed customer relations, construction quality control, and permitting, and as CTO and CEO at ZMK Stroiproject, managing company operations, project schedules, and human resources for multiple projects. Earlier positions include Project Manager at ZMK Steel Structure Plant, overseeing fabrication and erection of steel structures and managing manufacturing schedules. Arkadii holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia and has pursued further education in international management.
