Swati Raval

Swati became a Subway Franchisee in 2004, and currently owns 8 Subway restaurants in Southern Virginia. Her diverse portfolio, which includes traditional, non-traditional, high- and low-AUV restaurants, has provided her a deep understanding of the operational challenges that are unique to AUV, geographic location, and customer base.

As a Subway Franchisee, Swati has prioritized cultivating her staff to be good brand representatives, providing thorough and periodic training to every staff member including managers, implementing routines to improve efficiency, and applying available data and resources to make profitable business decisions.

Through these methods, she has maintained high guest satisfaction, efficient productivity, increased add-on sales, low staff stress levels and, as a result, maximized profits.
