Pradip Kumar Khaitan

Mr Pradip Kumar Khaitan is a legal professional, holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Calcutta and is an Attorney-at-Law (Bell Chambers gold medallist). He is also a member of the Bar Council of India, West Bengal; Incorporated Law Society, Kolkata; and Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi.

Mr Khaitan has over 41 years of experience serving as the Corporate Advisor and Senior Partner of Khaitan & Co.

Mr Khaitan is an expert on commercial and corporate laws, tax laws, arbitration, intellectual property rights, foreign collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and demergers.

He serves as a Director in various renowned corporates. He joined India Glycols in 1996.
