Rajib Deb

Rajib Deb is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at iLogitron Technologies Pvt Ltd since January 2020, overseeing Business Development and Social Media Marketing, as well as operational activities in Supply Chain Management and Finance. Additionally, Rajib has held roles as a Young Professional and Project Associate at ICAR - Indian Council of Agricultural Research, focusing on research in horticultural and field crops. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Marketing at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd., where management of channel sales and marketing for the Tripura Region was a key responsibility, and working as an Executive Trainee at the National Small-Holder Poultry Development Trust, involved in training and capacity building for rural women entrepreneurs across Jharkhand. Rajib holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from Assam Agricultural University, a Master of Arts in Rural Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a PGDM in Agriculture Extension from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management.
