Dr. Karen Searle

Dr. Karen Searle serves as the Associate Director at the Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health since October 2021, while also fulfilling the role of Adjunct Business Instructor at the University of the People since August 2020. Previously, Dr. Searle held key positions such as Director of Finance at the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities, Executive Director at Five Star Senior Living, and Fiscal Supervisor at the Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health. Early career experience includes working as an Accounting Assistant at Peruzzi Toyota. Dr. Searle holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University.
