Bidyut Saha is a highly experienced Executive Chef with over 16 years in the culinary industry, currently serving at ITC Hotels and Hard Rock Hotel Goa since January 2023 and October 2022, respectively, along with a long tenure at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson beginning in December 2016. Renowned for expertise in authentic Indian, International, and Mediterranean cuisines, Bidyut has demonstrated a unique creative flair in conceptualizing innovative menus and catering to high-profile individuals. Previous roles include Executive Chef positions at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, and significant experience as a Sous Chef at Royal Albatros Moderna Sharm el-Sheikh and Chef De Partie at Ramee Group of Hotels in Dubai. Bidyut holds a degree in Hotel Management from NSHM Academy and is recognized for streamlining operations and improving service quality while significantly enhancing revenue and operational efficiency.
