Helmut Paschold

Helmut Paschold, Ph.D., CSP, CIH, serves as an Assistant Professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania since August 2012. With a strong background in industrial hygiene, Helmut held a previous position as Assistant Professor at Ohio University from August 2005 to June 2012. Helmut is the President of Paschold & Associates Safety Consultants from January 1989 to August 2005 and has experience as a District Engineering Manager at Employers Insurance of Texas from 1978 to 1989. Active in the professional community, Helmut has been a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers since 1978 and has held the role of door opener and feeder at Neos since 2001. Educational credentials include a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, obtained from 1995 to 2002, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned between 1981 and 1985, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, completed from 1972 to 1978.
